About Us
White River Electric is a rural electric distribution cooperative serving eastern Rio Blanco County, southern Moffat and northern Garfield Counties. White River Electric Association (WREA) was formed in 1945 under the same principles that we are governed by today. Seven elected members make up the board that provides direction and policy for the Association.
SmartHub
SmartHub is a secure and convenient way for WREA members to manage all aspects of their electric bill. Members can pay their bill, sign up for automatic payments, monitor their energy usage and notify customer service with service requests or address changes. White River Energy is a wholly-owned subsidiary of White River Electric Association, providing propane to rural residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial customers in Meeker and the White River Valley.
